Predatory Company - Avoid at all costs One of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I booked a transfer from the airport to my hotel. When booking the transfer, I provided the exact location of my hotel. I was quoted a price based on this information and proceeded to book the transfer. After a long flight to Mexico City, my family and I were met outside arrivals. I was stunned when the driver told us we needed to pay additional money to be taken to the hotel. I stated that I would not pay any additional money since I had booked this transfer based on the quoted price. I even pulled up the booking on my phone. Despite speaking to a manager, the company refused to honor the agreement and insisted on additional payment before completing the transfer. We were thus forced to book a taxi at the airport. Notably, the taxi price was significantly less than the quoted price of this company. Unfortunately, this unprofessional and unethical company refused to reimburse me, even though they didn't honor the terms of the booking. In conclusion, under no circumstances should you do business with this company. When traveling to Mexico City, just book a taxi at arrivals to save money and avoid heartache.
