Disappointed with service quality Terrible experience overall. Firstly, I engaged their buyer’s agent service to purchase an investment property that could potentially become my future home. I clearly communicated this requirement from the beginning. The property valuation report they provided appeared to significantly overstate the property's value, allowing them to claim that I was purchasing below market value. In reality, the difference was only around $10,000 — roughly the same amount I paid in their fees — resulting in little to no actual benefit for me. As I was living remotely, I relied heavily on them to inspect the property, conduct thorough due diligence, and identify any potential issues. That was the primary reason I engaged their services. However, within the first year of ownership, I ended up spending close to $15k on property-related issues, much of which was due to the trees surrounding the property. Before signing the contract, I specifically asked Paras about these trees and was assured they were “just normal trees.” Unfortunately, that turned out not to be the case. Secondly, I also entrusted them with managing the property after settlement. When we eventually moved into the property, it was left in a very poor condition and full of mess. This raised serious concerns about whether routine inspections and the tenant’s exit inspection had actually been carried out properly, as there were numerous issues that should have been identified and addressed. I raised these concerns with Anand, who promised to call me to discuss the matter. More than six months later, I am still waiting for that call. Overall, my experience with both the buyer’s agency and property management services has been extremely disappointing.
