False promises and poor support My husband and I entered this process hopeful, but our end result is an absolute nightmare. Communication was sparse and unhelpful, leading us to reach out for updates. The few responses we got were incomplete, leaving us feeling misled and disregarded. None of the promised paperwork or follow-through came, and now our credit is severely damaged. This experience left us devastated and completely dissatisfied. I can't comment on others' experiences, but ours was extremely disappointing.
