DO NOT USE BYTE!!! I am 2 years into treatment and they asked for dental records and I have been trying to get them to them since JANUARY! They refuse to call my dentist to clarify what they need and take weeks between to respond to my emails. They are trying to wear me down so I just give up on treatment. Horrible service. Aligners crack if you are stuck in them until they can send new ones, and charge you for it even if they are the ones delaying treatment. DON'T DO IT! Go somewhere else!
