Absolute trash experience. This company is run by the most unprofessional useless people. I’ve been waiting over a month for my LV bag that I spent thousands on with no update. I contacted them in 3 different forms by phone call which they never answered, by email which they also never answered and by IG dm which they also never answered! After finally getting a hold of them through text they told me they cancelled my order unbeknownst to me! So I told them to reorder it because I obviously still wanted the bag I’ve been waiting this whole time on, which they agreed to and told me it’d get shipped in a week and they would keep me updated. Only to wait all over again with no one reaching out to me and when I got a hold of them again they told me they cancelled the order another time without my permission or knowledge. Will never be spending my money on this scam site again.
