My first purchase was a Pixel 8 Pro (C+ grade), which arrived in very good condition with just a few minor scratches at the sides, screen like new, and only one corner was scratched more, decided to retun and buy A grade. Return process was smooth, thanks to their amazing customer service. I then ordered an A+ grade, and it came like new (only missing the box). Shipping was fast and everything about my experience was exceptional. Highly recommended!
