Lack of support and transparency
I entrusted this office to handle my case during a very difficult time, but the experience was frustrating and disappointing. Communication was poor, payments were delayed without clear explanation, and there was little urgency about the impact this had on my family. Misleading assurances about fund release caused unnecessary holiday stress, and I felt pressured into accepting a settlement that undervalued my losses. My concerns were dismissed, leaving me feeling unsupported. Clients deserve better transparency and genuine advocacy. I was even yelled at by an attorney and had to be the bigger guy to protect my case.
