Dear Anna,

This is the third negatiave review you have published about the same issue. We are all for reviews to convey our clients experiences, both negative and positive but do feel that adding three about the same event is disingenuous. While we are very proud that the overwhelming majority are 5 star we do also accept we cant always keep everybody happy all off the time. In this case we have already explained that the tenants were found by a different agent who did not reference any of the occupiers, and that we were rather left with a problem to deal with. While we are appalled at the way these individuals were treating your property, we helped you to successfully evict them all. We could'nt control the condition they left the property in, but we are very pleased you were able to help secure court orders for both possession and the damage they caused. We wish you all the best in your chosen path with the property.
