Made things a lot easier for the team
We brought BFJ Digital in to help sort out our CRM setup and make handling enquiries a bit less messy. What we liked most was that they actually took the time to understand how we work instead of rolling out a generic solution.
Things feel more organised now and there’s less back and forth with manual tasks. Maybe a bit more walkthrough early on would’ve helped, but overall the team was easy to deal with and quick to answer questions.
Would definitely recommend them to other businesses looking to tighten up their systems.
