Horrible staff I have never treated so rudely. I came in for my preliminary labs in preparation for my prolia shot next week. First, the nurse never greeted me or even looked at me--EVER! We got into the room and she got ready to take my blood. I asked what kind of test she needed. She said CMP. So I had to ask her what that was. It's a Comprehensive Metabolic Panel. Since I had just had that done 5 days prior for my annual wellness exam, and had the results with me, I told her I really didn't need the same test again. So she said she would put down that I refused the test, which I said was not true. Again I had just had that test, and did not think medicare would cover the same test twice in one week. I don't know what she typed in my chart, but she said I could go. When I got home I called, thinking to just have someone check my chart. I got a lady who knew nothing and was not willing to check anything. Best she could offer was I could bring my test results in and leave them for the doctor to review. All it would have taken was her asking someone, or they could have scanned my results in. Absolutely no customer service.
