Issue resolved quickly after escalation – great support Initially I experienced an issue with the loyalty points (VitaCOIN) credited after placing an order, which meant my Elite membership threshold was not activated correctly. After contacting customer support and explaining the situation, the Vitamin360 team reviewed the case and upgraded my account to Elite membership. I appreciate the support team taking the time to investigate and resolve the matter. Angela from customer service handled the situation professionally and ensured the issue was addressed. I’ve updated my review to reflect the final outcome and I’m happy to continue ordering from Vitamin360.
