Poor aftercare
Workmanship was good. The people who installed the system were great. Installed 21st September and was promised the paperwork would be sent within a week and tariff would be changed before the October price rises. Two months on and no export MPAN, no paperwork, and no export tariff and only an update that says there is no update.
I hoped for better, they’re not the cheapest on the market and paying a premium you expect a premium service.
