I had an incredibly disappointing experience with [Mortgage Agent’s Name] that I feel compelled to share. I was genuinely interested in viewing a property, but rather than facilitating that process, she outright refused to show it to me. What made the situation even more outrageous was how she treated a personal friend of mine — someone kind enough to take time out of their day to help me view the house.
Instead of appreciating the effort or simply handling the matter professionally, she was dismissive and downright disrespectful. Her attitude toward someone simply trying to assist a potential buyer was unacceptable and rude.
This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, it’s completely out of line in an industry that relies on trust, cooperation, and basic courtesy. I would strongly caution others before working with someone who demonstrates such a lack of respect and unwillingness to communicate constructively.
