Unprofessional and incomplete service Do not recommend – unprofessional and incomplete service I hired Mr. Steamlux Cleaner for carpet cleaning services on April 2, 2025. Aaron, the technician, stated that he would be cleaning all three carpets in my home. However, he failed to move a large throw rug that covered nearly half of one of the rooms—he simply cleaned around it. When I noticed this and contacted him immediately, Aaron was not only unhelpful but also extremely rude. He called me a liar and even threatened legal action if I left a negative review. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
