Trustworthy
I've found this publisher to be trustworthy and transparent. At one point the book was going to have to be priced higher than I anticipated due to the page count and MindStir Media agreed to give me a deeper discount so that I could sell my book to bookstores more widely. They didn't have to do this contractually but they did it anyway because they wanted to help me drum up book sales.
