Disappointing quality and service
The stores may look promising with their global presence, but they seem to operate independently, which complicates customer service. I bought a necklace, and the clasp broke in under three months. Despite the supposed three-year warranty, they refused to cover it. Their customer service left much to be desired, and I regret not checking other reviews beforehand, as poor quality and service seem to be common complaints.
