⭐️☆☆☆☆ (1/5 Stars) - DEFECTIVE MACHINES AND A WORTHLESS FACTORY WARRANTY!
DO NOT BUY CFMOTO! They absolutely refuse to stand behind the products they build.
I purchased a brand-new 2025 CFORCE 800 T, and within just TWO MONTHS of ownership (at only 361 miles), the drive pulley and CVT belt completely shattered. Instead of honoring their standard 90-day factory warranty, CFMOTO’s corporate warranty team immediately pointed fingers, made up excuses, and blamed me for "water intrusion" and user error to get out of paying the claim.
Here is the absolute proof of their scam: when the authorized dealership opened the completely sealed CVT housing, a massive chunk of the cast aluminum drive pulley was missing but there were ZERO broken metal pieces inside! It is physically impossible for a massive chunk of metal to break off and just vanish from inside a sealed unit. This is absolute, undeniable proof of a factory casting defect. They literally sold me a brand-new machine that was already missing a piece of the pulley from day one!
Even with this physical evidence proving a manufacturer defect, CFMOTO corporate refused to reverse their decision and left me stranded with a $2,000+ repair bill on a 2-month-old machine.
CFMOTO builds defective garbage and uses every shady excuse in the book to void your warranty so they don't have to pay. Save your hard-earned money and buy from a reputable brand that actually respects its customers and honors its warranties. Stay far away from CFMOTO!
