Poor behavior
This is an update from my complaint made on September 17. Since then, I have contacted corporate 3 more times each time my complaint was escalated. I had one phone call from Sergio on or about September 25th who told me he was a district manager. He said in his voicemail he was from the Babylon location (I think). His phone number was blocked and he did not leave a call back number. Instead he advised me to contact him through email to set up a time to talk, which I did and gave a few times to contact me but he never called. And he didn't try to reach out again. Noone has.
I finally took the risk and went back to the Carle Place PF location after taking off a month to wait and see what would become of my complaint. My last phone call was a week ago when I was told again my complaint would be escalated and I asked for a credit for the month I was not at PF waiting for an answer from corporate.
I have called weekly for an update to the action plan imposed on Sana Bonny.
Does the Executive Office know what goes on in there branches?
It is sad and disappointing that noone cares about the members complaints.
