Order delayed, no resolution given. 24 days since confirmation, no tracking, no shipment proof, and no package despite a promised maximum of 17 days to Spain. Support only offered vague, unhelpful responses like “warehouse busy” and now has stopped replying entirely. No refund or urgent reshipment has been provided. I relied on their timeline, and this failure completely disrupted my plans. Suspiciously, all other reviews are glowing, but my experience feels more like a scam than a delay.
