Package didn't arrive... replacement package sent
I would like to update an earlier review about a package that was shipped via UPS but never arrived. Though I had to wait 3 weeks for them to know that my package was not going to come, they reached out to me and informed me how sorry they were and that they would be shipping me a replacement package. The next day I received an email saying my package will be on the way and a shipping label has been created again but this time with Canada Post Xpress! So I'm not sure why anyone else who has had the same kind of issue as I did was not taken care of by their support team but I can assure you that they do fix issues and don't just screw people. Now hopefully this package arrives if not I will update my review accordingly.
