Very poor service
Allivet has truly been a nightmare to deal with. I get multiple emails a day saying they cannot reach my vet for an RX, yet they have been faxed and mailed multiple times. Calls to customer service are never helpful, as they cannot see what prescriptions are on file. The last shipment I got has the incorrect dosage which was changed several months ago. I will be switching to Chewy and hopefully they will be able to handle dispensing the correct medications without the hassles I have experienced. My only regret is not switching sooner.
