I visited the Thames Clinic in September for a Spinal Assessment, which included an examination, a digital postural analysis, and a full spinal x-ray. This produced a detailed spinal health report.
Tracy was excellent in explaining the findings, and suggested a block of appointments to adjust my spine and improve my slightly stooped posture.
Alongside an exercise plan, I am really pleased with my progress and the professional, personal and friendly approach from all the team at the clinic. Highly recommended.
