I haven’t received my service yet - willing to pay more to speed things up $500

I haven’t received my service yet, but I’ve already paid and booked my appointment. I’m really hoping NotaryPro can help, because I have documents that absolutely need to be notarized—and I’m on a tight deadline.
I’ve seen some mixed reviews about missed appointments, but I’ve also heard great things when everything goes right. I’m really hoping this works out for me, since I’m almost out of time. If there’s any way to speed things up, I’m willing to pay extra—even up to $500 on top of the $300 I’ve already paid, plus whatever fee is needed for mobile service—if someone can send a notary to my dad’s hospital room sooner. I did request another order for the hospital, but it says there’s a 10-day wait.
If this works out, I’ll be a happy customer and all five stores will stay with you. If not, I’ll have to leave an honest review.
