eDreams is the worst of the worst!
eDreams is one of the most crooked vile companies I have ever come across or had the misfortune to deal with within the travel industry, they have absolutely no moral compass!
They are a multi-platform ticket reseller who pulls awful bait n switch ticket selling, they offer discounts linked to a well disguised subscription fee that is heavily obfuscated in their selling process, ticket prices are never as presented in the checkout process and change dramatically changes when you get the charge on your credit card, all gray area legal but really bad form and as morally crooked as it comes.
But their subscription fees are the real underhanded business this awful company pulls, they will do anything to make sure they get it, we stopped it in writing as well as by calling them, we have had to file multiple charge backs through the bank and have even had to replace the credit card twice and somehow these crooks are still able to cheat the system and charge the card.
The bank is now finally and officially opening a fraud case against them as well as we are now reporting them to TICO, the Travel Industry Council of Ontario as this violates their rules of behavior and the guidelines for them to operate within Ontario.
Stay very far away from eDreams as they are worse than a case of herpes and are impossible to get rid of and out of your life, if you chose to deal with them this is exactly what you will be facing.
