Worst delivery ever Do NOT use this company! This is the worst delivery placement I've seen in my life. They have BALANCED a 100lb porcelain toilet halfway up my steps, the bottom is not fully supported and the steps are completely blocked off. Being disabled I can't move this myself and the plumber isn't going to be here for another week, so on the meantime I'm blocked into my house. One Rail says they're not responsible because they're was no delivery notes so it was delivered correctly, as if this is in any way shape or form a safe of acceptable place to put a giant heavy box. It shouldn't require a note for someone delivering a package to know to put it on the actual porch and not balanced in the middle of the stairs. I am beyond livid. If you're a company looking for a delivery service for your products choose someone else, because this is what customers are going to have to deal with and it's going to get costly to fix and reflect poorly on your own business.
