Dire company. Missed damp, cracked window, gutters, unvented shower extractor that was sending water into cables and the ceiling, broken window frames.
I'd say the 'engineer' spent 10 mins in the property max. Additionally, he didn't bring a torch or damp meter (well equipped). Safe to say that we got a full refund on the survey as they knew from our contact that they had dropped the ball. Now stuck with a house we will be spending thousands to put right. Donkeys.
