terrible customer service The actual course was great and I had no issues with it at all. It was very simple, quick and easy to follow. I was very happy with it! However i’m submitting this review because of the customer service I received when calling. I calmly and clearly explained a problem I encountered and the lady on the phone sounded incredibly annoyed, frustrated and impatient when handling customers (even when I just asked her to repeat things I couldn’t hear, asking for clearer instructions, etc). I felt like a burden and uncomfortable the whole time. It was super unprofessional the way she handled things; she spoke condescendingly, rushed, and did not believe me as I had to repeatedly explain the issue and how I already took all the steps to ensure I did everything correctly. She asked for proof just to say she couldn’t help me. That is fine that she couldn’t help, but whether someone likes their job or not, it is not hard to be respectful and treat people with the same attitude. Please reevaluate your customer service team.
