HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE Horrible horrible customer service and employees - rude, impatient, the customer care line employees are the absolute biggest idiots in the world and couldn’t even change a lightbulb let alone try and help. Was on hold for 4.5 hours, transferred to 3 different people. Still no resolution.
