WORST CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!!
TO ABSOLUTELY AVOID. This agency is looking for every means to steal from you, big crooks. We returned the car as clean as it was initially and they still charged us 15 euros for cleaning costs. Initially they told us that they did not accept credit cards to push us to pay triple the initial amount through their insurance. From the start, they had a terrible attitude and lacked respect for us.
This is unacceptable, I have never seen so much dishonesty and this type of behavior. This was the WORST car rental EXPERIENCE I have ever had. I'm used to renting cars in Italy but this is the first time I've had to deal with so much unprofessionalism and theft.
