Customer service is nonexistent. Big thing 24 hour a day customer service. I tried to get a hold of them for 4 days. All you get is auto reply and put on hold after two hours of sitting on hold it would disconnect and have to start all over again. 24 customer service is not true. They are only open 8am to 8 pm according to the recording call back during working hours. I have medical necessity that I have to have a working phone. I ported my number on a phone that doesn’t have a physical sim slot only eSIM . I was sitting in the doctors office on hold when someone finally decided to answer. I couldn’t talk so had it off to my son. The answer was to order another sims card. It does not except SIM card. But that was the only answer. I got out of the doctors office and started the whole process all over again at 6 days without a phone I finally got through to customer service again. And was treated like I was an idol when I kept telling them that I need the esims fixed. Because it states right on the web site not to delete the eSIM it can not be reinstalled. She told me I was wrong that my iPhone 14 took a physical sims. Well when she finally looked it up her question was did you buy the phone in the US well of course I did since I live here and the lifeline program is for US citizens. They shipped the a sims card to my physical address in the US. She said that she would order me a new eSIMs and to delete everything on my phone which would leave me with absolutely no working phone I already couldn’t receive or send Text the phone didn’t ring went straight to voicemail with the message that that it was not set up. Well she finally agreed that I didn’t need to delete everything until the I got the new QR code to install a new eSIM. Well it rings some of the time but even after resetting the voice mail I am still not receiving them. The failure rate of texting is 85 to 90%. I don’t know about the receiving failure rates because I have no way to know how many were sent and no received. If the service works I will keep it only because I don’t want to mess around with the mess again. But at this time it is still not working right. I only get about A1/2 a bar to 1 bar of reception. This should be 5 g network.
