Unreliable and poor communication
My order was placed and paid for on February 25, 2026, but by March 13, 2026, I still hadn’t received any updates. I messaged them on WhatsApp, but all I got was an unhelpful "wait for update" response. This lack of communication and transparency feels very unprofessional, and I’m extremely disappointed.
