Piece of unprofessional ... Agoda is pure piece of unprofessional substance of what they name company. They substitute my room category without my permission and say "we are just site for booking and nothing more. Arrange your problems with property yourself". It's very unprofessional and never experienced before. Support was absolutely useful and just ignored me.
