Customer service in this place is dismal, don’t use!
I booked online for a night in Edmonton at the Sheraton, once I hit submit the date was reset to the current date. I then informed the company of this era, who said they will call me back in an hour. It has now been two days and three conversations, and they said they can not adjust the date nor can they refund me. I did inform them that this was a service delivery failure on their part and I was willing to let them change the date on the booking, but they simply refused and referred back to the policy.
This is not the way to treat customers. I have several businesses of my own, and I am totally disturbed that on the first time I used these guys they refused to help.
I wish you to stop payment from our credit card company, and I am absolutely disgusted by the way that these guys are conducting business. Never again.
