Rude girl during intake As for my experience it was absolutely horrible when I had to go over what happened in my alte wife's case with intake. The girl would ask questions and cut me off every time I wanted to add important details to what happened to my wife. This happened constantly during the phone call so I hung up. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. She only wanted yes and no answers and by doing so they would never know what real problems that occurred.
