The matter for which I retained counsel was relatively straightforward and limited in scope, yet I frequently found myself chasing updates, correcting information, and driving the process forward. Communication was sporadic, and responses often came only after repeated attempts to make contact. The most concerning part was that despite paying for legal assistance, I ultimately had to handle substantial portions of the process myself, including direct coordination with the court to ensure the matter was completed correctly. After raising my concerns and requesting a partial refund, I received no meaningful response from firm management. That lack of accountability was particularly frustrating. I understand that no attorney can guarantee outcomes. My dissatisfaction has nothing to do with the outcome of the case itself. Rather, it stems from the level of service, responsiveness, and follow-through I received as a client. Based on my experience, I would encourage prospective clients to carefully consider their expectations regarding communication and client support before retaining this firm.
