Over 3 months still no repair Engineer attended beginning March 2026 Miele dryer 3 yr old said it was needed major repair. Now 16th June 2026 and still NOT repaired. Complete lack of communication Part order, part missing, part recorded still no time frame for repair. Refuse to discuss replacement Absolutely ridiculous lack of communication.

Avoid Avoid at all times ABSOLUTE waste of time. March 4th Engineer came out no issue said the compressor has gone of the Miele condenser dryer aged 3 years old. Now as of 30th April still no repair, varies excuses, parts ordered, parts delayed, ring back in 48 hours, cannot source part. Dreadful have asked for a replacement, wait another 48 hours and still NOTHING. STILL NO action As of 13 th May still making excuses not to replace the dryer Almost three months without dryer Worst firm ever
