Outrageously Overpriced and Utterly Unacceptable Quality I paid almost £600 for a special needs helmet from Adapt A Home, and what I received was nothing short of disgraceful. The strap was flimsy, poorly designed, and snapped after just Three uses. For a product that is supposed to ensure safety, this is beyond unacceptable. When I complained, the company had the audacity to claim the strap was “inspected” and blamed the damage on “excessive pulling” by the customer (my daughter) Seriously? A safety strap should withstand normal use without falling apart! Instead of taking responsibility, they offered zero cooperation and no resolution whatsoever. This company clearly values profit over quality and customer care. Charging nearly £600 for something this shoddy is outrageous. Avoid Adapt A Home at all costs—their products are overpriced rubbish, and their customer service is appalling. Final word: Never again. A truly infuriated and disappointed customer.
