Monitoring app constantly dropping out
Can someone please tell me why I can't access the portal either on the phone app or on the computer?
Something is not right with the system and it’s nothing I can do. It shows when using Bluetooth that the system is connected to the router, but the app and the website is not accessing our inverter. I can't see our battery capacity and Amber Energy can't control it.
I also notice that you have removed the support request from the portal too. Why is that?
I am getting annoyed and hoping I get some answers.
It seems like this is a common issue.
Please dont make me take this further
