i log every interaction i log every interaction i have with any support team. started doing it years ago after too many bad experiences. eight months here — every single entry is positive. that's never happened before with any service i've used. my mentor told me years ago — judge a service by what happens when something goes wrong not when everything goes right. had that moment here at month three. judged accordingly. still here six months after that. Kamarád mi říkal že to Kamarád mi říkal že to je jiné než ostatní. Nevěřil jsem mu — slyšel jsem to už mockrát. Po dvou měsících jsem mu napsal že měl pravdu. On odpověděl že to věděl.
