My partners mum passed away and we had to cancel our holiday. Got treated badly. You would think under the circumstances they would have been a bit sympathetic. Very greedy. It’s always the same excuse ( our terms and conditions )! These are never set in stone and can be adjusted accordingly. It’s winter and they had no other bookings.
