Poor Communication - Failure of Inspector to Show Up for Appointment (Twice) Started off ok. But after the second time failing to show for the site survey without any communication, we pulled out dealing with this company. The first time we gave them a chance after I called them (allegedly a family emergency), but there is NO excuse for being and hour late AFTER the 60 minutes window had elapsed for second appointment. We simply don't have time for this poor service.
