Disappointed with PDPAOLA's customer service. While the jewelry looks nice, the quality is questionable, and the company takes no responsibility when issues arise. I purchased a €700 gold ring with diamonds, and after just one year, the diamonds started falling out. Instead of taking care of the issue, they refused to help and even asked me to pay for the return delivery myself.
