Black Theory will promise you the world but completely fails to deliver results. We spent over $30,000 with this agency and have absolutely nothing to show for it. Whenever we raised concerns about the lack of ROI, we were just given more empty promises that things would improve. They never did.

Audit your reports: Meticulously check the monthly reports they send. They are incredibly skilled at masking poor performance behind vanity metrics.
The Contract: Avoid signing a contract with them. If you absolutely must, ensure there is a strict, performance-based termination clause.
