Took my money and cancelled my order I followed all the instructions perfectly and even confirmed my payment with proof, yet they canceled my order after ignoring me for a week. When I finally got a response, they refused to resolve the issue, suggesting I deal with my bank instead, even though they had already accepted the money. Despite providing all evidence, they continue to ignore me, and now I’m out a few hundred dollars. I won’t be ordering here again and will warn others to avoid this company.
