Absolutely Appalling Experience – Avoid This Company at All Costs
This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing purchase experiences I’ve ever had.
We ordered a wardrobe and waited six weeks for delivery—only for it to arrive in the wrong colour. After such a long wait, this is not just annoying, it’s completely unacceptable. It’s hard to understand how a company can get something so basic so completely wrong.
We spoke with a representative (Alexandra), who promised a replacement within two weeks. But frankly, after this mess—and seeing so many other negative reviews echoing similar problems—we have zero faith that the new wardrobe will arrive on time, in the right colour, or in a usable condition.
The delay caused us to lose our contractor and pushed our entire room renovation back by a month—costing us both time and money.
A few days later, another representative finally called to apologise and offer us 50% off the fitting cost. Before that, we were told there was no one available in our area to do the fitting—yet somehow, they magically “found” someone after all. How generous! After everything we’ve been through, they should be offering to do the fitting completely free of charge, not throwing us a half-hearted discount.
To make things even worse, when it came time to return the wardrobe, they sent just one courier to collect over 30 super heavy pieces. I had already moved everything to the first floor to get it out of the way—something I shouldn’t have had to do in the first place. Watching this one person struggle to carry it all on his own was unbearable, so I ended up helping him load it into the van. It’s honestly disgraceful that the company expects a single person to manage such a large and heavy collection on their own, and that I, the customer, had to step in and do part of the job.
At this point, we refused both the replacement and the “generous” 50% discount. We are awaiting a full refund. Based on our experience, we strongly advise anyone reading this to look elsewhere. This company clearly does not respect customers or their time. Avoid!
