Save yourself trouble and avoid
Took advantage of vulnerable adult.
Trial was used and paid small fee for but payment was taken out 4 months later for £90 and company refused to bring this back. They did not send a notification that a direct debit had been set up or sent reminder about upcoming bill. Vulnerable adult now left out of pocket.
But don't worry... We were offered a year free subscription in replacement of good will of the £90 lost for an app/website that was never used... How kind.
Avoid this company. Takes advantage of vulnerable people
