Slowest eComm company in US History
Ordered from them twice. They ship items to Florida and then to customer. Took three weeks the first time, I'm 9 days in and they're still waiting for my items to arrive to their warehouse for second shipping.. It's a stupid business model and it's probably the slowest delivery times for an eCommerce provider in America. Yeah they're cheap but if you need the items within a month you better go somewhere else. The CEO doesn't care either. I messaged him on LlinkedIn when I was still trying to figure out where my order was and if this was even a legitimate company and his response was "Thank you for your feedback." It wasn't feedback, bud.
Once can be an outlier.
Twice is a pattern.
Three times ain't gonna happen.
