Where is the 'Fair Go'? Rigid, Unforgiving, and Lacking Basic Human Empathy Sorry Matthew, but today I just want to make you realize your duties as a human being first, and then as an ex-veteran. Because of my dyslexia, traditional schooling was incredibly hard for me, and I couldn't complete my formal studies after the 8th grade. But life took me into logistics, where I worked my way up from the ground and gained 10+ years of hands-on experience. I am so proud to be a part of the logistics industry, and I wanted to go to a place that values real expertise and development. I was so excited about the opportunities in Australia for skilled workers, which is exactly why I chose 3CIR for my RPL assessment. Even though my dyslexia makes written communication very stressful, I still put in the hard work to write proper emails and formally follow up on my application. After waiting for a reply during normal business hours, I called their office three times on a Friday and left a voicemail, hoping for a quick conversation. Nobody answered, and there was no out-of-office message. Because my career and my family's future depend on this, I felt ignored and panicked, and I made the mistake of leaving a frustrated review. Ironically, Matthew emailed me on a Sunday (a non-working day) to tell me his team was tragically away for a funeral. I am human, so I felt terrible. I gave my sincere condolences and instantly deleted the review. But instead of showing a little grace for an honest misunderstanding, Matthew used that Sunday email to permanently reject my application. He completely ignored my voicemails, my apologies, and the genuine effort I put in to communicate with them. I am just a guy trying to build a career to support my family. I truly believe Australia has much more understanding and supporting institutes for RPL assessments for someone like me, who has yet to live life for his and his family. To anyone reading this: please don't step out or cancel your plans with them just because of me. This is just my personal experience, and I felt bad about how it ended. I am sorry, and I am not here to offend 3CIR. I just want them to realize that miscommunication can happen. We are all humans, and we need to understand each other. They really are a well-reputed company, but unfortunately for me, it just wasn't the right fit. I leave everything in God's hands, the people of Australia, and the government for my right to be heard and also understood, and mainly have the right to get a skilled assessment To Matthew, I will leave you with the words of one of Australia's most respected military leaders, General Sir John Monash: 'Equip yourself for life, not solely for your own benefit but for the benefit of the whole community.' Rigidly shutting down a student over an honest mistake benefits no one.

Important context is missing from this review, and prospective students deserve the full picture.

1. The 3 calls referenced were made on the day our team was attending a close family funeral, on a weekend. The applicant was informed of this in writing before any 'permanent' decision was communicated.

2. The Sunday email from our director was sent on a non-working day as a personal courtesy — not a rejection issued in spite of an apology, as the review implies.

3. Assessment outcomes at 3CIR are determined solely by evidence of competency against national training package requirements. They are not, and never have been, influenced by review activity, communication style, or personal circumstances. The outcome here was based on the evidence submitted against the relevant qualifications.

4. This is now the third piece of public correspondence of this nature from this individual. The previous two were removed because they contained our staff's private contact details. We even emailed the individual to explain how to save their review, as they continued to post private and confidential staff details.
