Kiwi cancelled my tickets and no sign of a refund in two weeks
I bought tickets through Kiwi.com for a popular destination during a busy season. Apparently the prices increased while Kiwi was trying to get the tickets, and they cancelled my booking after I paid. They gave me a choice of immediate Kiwi credits or a full refund that "might take several days", but there was no way to leave the screen before choosing. I couldn't see whether I could even buy tickets through Kiwi anymore, so I couldn't choose the credits. The refund hasn't come back to my account (it's been two weeks! it is a lot of money!), and whenever I try to ask Kiwi about it, I get a chatbot that repeats the same information and refuses to let me talk to a human. The chatbot says I need to go to the bank to sort this out, which would require taking time off work during a very busy season (impossible). The bank has chatbots too, who also cannot help me. This is stupid. I want to talk to a human.
