Terrible customer service and unhelpful support Impossible to get in contact with, you'll have to conversate forever with a chat bot, then with some outsourced customersservice that apparently have no way of meeting the demands. Apparently it is impossible to change the name on a ticket. But in general, the lack of customersservice is the reason one should prefer to deal with the airlines directly instead of these "scam"-like agencies
